PLEASE NOTE: Due to our recent system migration, any ALLEN® Thermoplastics activity from our Holland, MI plant on or after May 1, 2026 must be viewed in the new KYDEX® Customer Portal. You can log into the new Portal at https://portal.kydex.com. The Portal link is also available from our website by clicking "Customer Portal" at the top of the page, and then "KYDEX®".

This new Portal has the same functionality as the prior ALLEN® CustCentral portal, plus additional features to provide the information that you need. We will continue to build on the KYDEX® Customer Portal going forward. The new Portal also has information for all plants, including for KYDEX® Thermoplastics from our Bloomsburg, PA plants.

This ALLEN® CustCentral Portal will remain available for a period of time to look at current in-transit and historical information prior to May 1, 2026.
